We deliver across all of the UK and ROI.

Within mainland UK and Ireland we offer a free, fully trackable delivery as standard on all orders over £75 placed through our website.

With our new "Pick Your Delivery Date" tool, you can schedule your delivery around your plans. Alternatively, we will despatch your order within 1-3 working days.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Isles are charged according to region and delivery service (pallet/box quantity).

Unless otherwise stated on the product page itself, we aim to despatch all orders received before 9am on the same day, via a tracked, next day delivery service. Please refer to the product page for accurate delivery times.

Where delivery times vary from our standard service, the postage time will be stated within the product description. This applies to all bulky recycled plastic furniture products that need to be prepared or made to order.

Orders below £75 will incur a £12 delivery charge (€14.99 in ROI).

Please do not book in or undertake to do any work until you have received all materials from us. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by late delivery.

All other locations are offered with variable delivery charges and speeds which are applied at checkout, based on location and product size.

If you are unable to attend delivery and there's nowhere safe to deliver to in your absence or you do not notify us of any access issues, you will incur a £60 redelivery charge set by your local courier.

If you require a smaller vehicle due to restricted access, please let us know ASAP. Failure to inform us will result in a failed delivery and you will have to pay a £60 redelivery charge.

If there are any changes to your delivery times, we will be in touch as soon as we are aware of the change to let you know.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland

Our logistics partners, A M Logistics Network, are based in Larne, County Antrim and cover the entire island on both sides of the border. This means we can deliver throughout Northern Ireland and Eire.

Delivery charges are roughly calculated on the website but for a more tailored price, please get in touch with one of our sales team who will be able to offer a more dedicated quotation and delivery information.

Our courier partners

We are currently using DPD, FedEx and The Pallet Network for national deliveries and our own service, Labelio for dedicated vehicles delivering to you.
