We deliver across all of mainland Great Britain.

Within Great Britain we offer a fully trackable delivery as standard on all orders. Free delivery is available over £135.

This covers delivery all across the UK, from London to Penzance, An Gearasdan to Birmingham, John O’Groats to Dover and anywhere in between.

With our new "Pick Your Delivery Date" tool, you can schedule your delivery around your plans. Alternatively, we will despatch your order within 1-3 working days.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Isles are charged according to region and delivery service (pallet/box quantity).

Unless otherwise stated on the product page itself, we aim to despatch all orders received before 9am on the same day, via a tracked, next day delivery service. Please refer to the product page for accurate delivery times.

Where delivery times vary from our standard service, the postage time will be stated within the product description. This applies to all bulky recycled plastic furniture products that need to be prepared or made to order.

Orders below £135 will incur a £9.99 delivery charge.

Please do not book in or undertake to do any work until you have received all materials from us. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by late delivery.

All other locations are offered with variable delivery charges and speeds which are applied at checkout, based on location and product size.

If you are unable to attend delivery and there's nowhere safe to deliver to in your absence or you do not notify us of any access issues, you will incur a £60 redelivery charge set by your local courier.

If you require a smaller vehicle due to restricted access, please let us know ASAP. Failure to inform us will result in a failed delivery and you will have to pay a £60 redelivery charge.

If there are any changes to your delivery times, we will be in touch as soon as we are aware of the change to let you know.
