Returns and Refunds

Our new returns/refunds policy explained.

We offer returns of any full order within 14 days of purchase.

If you change your mind, we will accept a return of full orders only within the first 14 days of order.

Simply ensure your products are unused, not tampered with and in fit condition for resale and restocking.

You will need to arrange the return at your own cost via our Returns Portal.

How to return goods to IBRAN:

1. Book in your return via our Returns Portal
2. Repackage your full order securely with a Returns Slip.
3. Apply the courier label securely.
   
4. Hand over your order to the courier.
5. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of your return being received.

There are no admin, handling or restocking fees and your full order will be refunded in full, provided the goods are returned in full and in their original condition.

Applies to UK and Northern Ireland, excludes ROI and EU.
