Free delivery for customers in mainland UK.
Within Great Britain we offer free, fully trackable delivery as standard on all orders over £135 placed through our website.
Schedule your preferred delivery date using our "Pick a Delivery Date" tool. Please bear in mind that this is not guaranteed as we use a third party courier service.
On the morning of your delivery, you should receive a notification from our courier partners (DPD) to notify you of a one-hour delivery window. This window can be changed on the morning of delivery using DPD Local's website.
All information regarding your delivery with DPD Local can be accessed directly from the DPD website but we are of course happy to help with any questions or concerns.
Larger orders (128kg+) are shipped on a pallet and may require a signature for delivery. We also may split your order up to provide the most economical and fastest delivery service. If you are receiving a pallet, you will receive tracking information and should be notified by us and also the carrier ahead of the delivery actually being made. As much info as possible will be provided to ensure safe delivery.
Please ensure wherever you are, that you are able to receive delivery as failure due to non attendance of delivery or through not notifying us of access issues will result in a redelivery charge at the couriers' given rate.
We cannot be held liable for any loss of earnings incurred due to late delivery of materials. The only guaranteed way to ensure your work can proceed on schedule is to order before commencing.
