Yes, the grids can be cut with any saw of choice but we recommend using a hacksaw or jigsaw for ease.
We recommend anything between 10mm and 20mm gravel for the optimum fill.
Typically, you'll need 20kg/grid for the gravel to sit flush with the top of the grids or 30kg/grid or more discrete finish where you can't see the grids. It is better to overfill than underfill as the strength of the driveway comes from the stone.

Our grids are manufactured and tested to take weights far in excess of a motorhome. We have tested up to 150 tonnes (empty) and even have these installed outside our warehouse where we receive articulated lorries everyday.
